Our director Ryan has been in the building industry for over 20 years. Starting out as an apprentice carpenter then working in various roles for Volume Builders and Custom Builders, Ryan has gained the knowledge of every aspects of construction and is a true all-rounder.
His focus is to ensure his trades and suppliers have the same core values with a strong focal point on customer service and quality. Ryan’s passion is contagious and he wants to make sure your experience is the journey you deserve, to build your dream.
Ryan’s extensive experience has allowed him to build up a wealth of knowledge and prides himself on nurturing his clients through the life changing experience of building their dream home. His passion to build locally, using quality local trades and businesses, is what sets him apart! Ensuring all of his clients know they are part of the Area 12 family not just a number. Making sure his high expectations are evident throughout everything that he does and this also flows through to everyone that steps foot onto one of his sites.
